What is your shipping policy for large furniture items?
Furniture and large-scale lighting are shipped via specialized freight carriers. Delivery times typically range from 2–4 weeks depending on your location, and you will receive a tracking link once your order leaves our warehouse.
Can I return a product if it doesn't fit my space?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in new condition. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Do your products come with a warranty?
HAY provides a 2-year product warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This covers structural integrity and manufacturing faults but does not include normal wear and tear or improper maintenance.
How can I care for my HAY wooden furniture?
We recommend using a soft, damp cloth for daily cleaning. For wood finishes like water-based lacquer or wax, avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Always use coasters to protect surfaces from heat and moisture.
Do you offer assembly services?
Most of our furniture is designed for easy self-assembly with included instructions. However, for larger orders, we offer White Glove Delivery in select regions which includes room-of-choice placement and assembly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and financing options through Klarna for eligible orders.
